Weekend Face Lift

• The face/neck lift is done with a special technique to not only tighten the skin on the face and the neck but also to anchor the underlying muscles so a more youthful look could be restored
• There is minimal bruising and swelling associated with this procedure
• Just like other procedures, this procedure is done with a twilight zone sedation as well
• It is called a Weekend Face Lift because patients can literally return to their normal activities by Monday if they get it done on a Friday

This is a 50 yo female who underwent a successful face and neck lift. Note the difference in her neck as well as in the jowl area. This is a 58 yo female who came in looking for a facelift. However, she was a better candidate for fat transfer to her face to restore volume to her face. She underwent a successful fat transfer and there was instant gratification. Although she still has some more swelling. the after picture was only within 2 months of her surgery. This 50 year woman was told to have a face lift. Dr. Paylan felt differently as the patient had not advanced in her wrinkles and sagging of her face so as to be a proper candidate for face lift. She was recommended to undergo fat transfer and she was quite pleased with the outcome. Neck Lift

• This is again a minimally invasive procedure that has a very short recovery time
• Patients often return to work over a 2 day period
• Neck muscles are tightened, wrinkles are removed and any fat from the neck is removed in this procedure

This is a 69 yo female who underwent both a mid face and neck lift and there is no question about the incredible difference it has made for her. The bands in the neck as can be seen in the first preoperative picture are gone in the post-operative picture which was within 3 months
