This is the before and after Breast Lift Pictures of a 50 year old female. Note the difference lifting the breasts makes in the appearance of this patient. There are no breast implants- and Dr. Paylan has only performed a lift. The contour and curve of the breasts are natural looking. The nipple-areolar region could have been made more centrally located however the patient was not interested in any additional surgery.  She is 1 month out from her procedure and still healing. Some of the redness around her breasts comes from her skin’s reaction to a creme unrelated to her surgery.
