This is a 33 year old female who underwent a over the muscle breast augmentation with Memory Gel Silicone Implants. This is her photo 3 days after her surgery and although she still has some swelling, she is healing very well and is very happy with the size of her implants. Note the smoothness of the breasts once the implants were placed and the disappearance of all of the loose skin. This is a 27 year old female who had the obvious symmetry in her breasts. The left breast was significantly smaller than the right and the right breast had more droopiness to it. After her breast augmentation with Silicone, and only through a small incision under the breast, Dr. Paylan was able to not only fix the asymmetry in her breasts but also give her very nicely contoured breasts that look look perky.
